Maybe can you send me the configuration of your pc (processor, graphic cards etc..) did u try in any type / x86 just to see if it works with that ?
Try another hotkey ?
EDIT : The cheat is up to date so it is not an update problem.
For me for example it doesn't work with x64 but with x86 yes (and I'm on 64bits windows 8)
