Was leaked, don't know how long it takes for steam to fix though.
Giving a huge chance of getting knifes with each case. (around 80%)
Important: Go Secure Mode. Don't collect like over 20 knifes in your inventory. Start selling them if you planning to get more then 15
If you sold them, steam can do shit.
How to run:
1) Download file
2) Start Knife Injection
3) Start CS:GO
4) Open some cases
5) Be happy, don't expect a 100% drop rate of knifes
