It may be it, maybe not, normally if you have problem with .Net framework the software doesn't even start.
But I really have no clue on why it is working on some computer and other not, with the same thing installed on. For me it works on windows 8 64 bits, I'll try on seven 32 bits now to see if I can get any information on why the fuck it is not working for some people !! ^^
