Undetected = hasn't been detected since release.

Outdated = cheat is not up to date, ban risk is high.

Use at own risk = cheat is working, ban risk is high.

Detected = you'll get banned using the cheat for sure.

 

I also suggest not using anything else than "undetected" cheats. (last advice)
